Summer glau

Firefly is Whedon s next huge TV show that is a huge success. It is likely that she left an impression on viewers, as the one episode that she appeared on led to her being a celebrity. Her River Tam character was complex and Glau dealt with it well. Tam or Tam, as the character in the film known, was subjected to research conducted by the government to make her the ideal assassin. Tam was unable to manage her emotions due to. Glau was able to display her combat capabilities as well as her acting skills on Firefly. The fact that she was learning to be an assassin enabled Glau to show off her athletic skills. Summer Glau was classically-trained as ballerina. Her broken toe marked the end of her career as an actress. Firefly did not last for more than just one season, however the show gained an avid fan following. Whedon came back to it after a few years.
